1. Introduction
Welcome to Althara, a provider of essential AI devices for daily life at altharao.pro. These Terms of Service govern your access and use of our services, digital products, and physical goods. Please read them carefully before placing an order or scheduling a service.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these terms. You must provide accurate registration data and ensure secure handling of your account credentials.
3. Services
Althara offers professional installation, routine maintenance, and personalized consulting services for AI devices such as smart vacuum cleaners, climate-adaptive air conditioners, and automated pet water fountains. Detailed scopes and schedules will be defined in a separate service agreement.
4. Digital Products
We provide digital content including software subscriptions, usage manuals, and performance enhancement modules for smart devices. Access rights are granted upon confirmation of the transaction or subscription activation.
5. Physical Goods
Our catalog features AI-driven products essential for modern living—from high-efficiency robotic vacuum cleaners to intelligent air management systems and pet hydration fountains. Each item listing specifies technical details, warranty coverage, and shipping information.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Services
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, any deposit will be fully refunded. You may reschedule a service by using our contact form at least 24 hours prior to the original date. Should a completed service fail to meet agreed standards, report the issue within 7 days to receive either a complimentary follow-up visit or a partial refund credited to your original payment method.
6.2 Digital Products
Digital licenses and subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 10% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. After this period, all digital sales are final and non-transferable.
6.3 Physical Goods
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Initiate returns via our contact form. Once inspected, refunds will be issued to your payment method within 14 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the result is due to our error or a defective item. Customized or hygiene-sealed products, such as bespoke pet fountains or personal air units, are non-returnable due to sanitary and configuration considerations; in such cases, we offer repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Althara will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability in any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by you to Althara in the preceding twelve months.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha.
